Manifesto

Retail is about to change hands.

For seventy years, the price of your food has paid for everything between the farm and your kitchen: the distributor, the broker, the store, the aisles, the cashier, the head office. Layers of middlemen, each taking a cut, none of them growing a single tomato.

That system made sense when there was no other way to connect a producer to a family. There is now. Software can forecast what a neighbourhood will eat, order it straight from the people who make it, pack it in a hub the size of a parking lot and bring it to the door the next day. Agents do the buying, the planning and the pricing. What used to be the middleman's margin goes back to the producer and to you.

So this is the new economy of retail: no stores, no intermediaries, no fixed costs from another century. You pay for the product, and a small, transparent fee for the infrastructure that moves it. Nothing else. People deserve fair retail. We're building it.

Miami first

One neighbourhood at a time.

Starting where Miami is densest, early 2027. Then the next ring, then more US cities. After food, the same hub carries the whole house.
